Here is a little bit about me!
In 2009, I made one of the best decisions of my life by opening Nanny’s Place Daycare. I named my business after my mom, who was lovingly called "Nanny" by all her grandchildren. It's hard to explain why I love owning a daycare, but there’s something magical that happens when I hold a baby—it's the best way I can describe it. Children are so sweet and innocent, and when they look up and smile, it truly makes my day. I’m blessed with a job that allows me to smile all day long. My main objective is to create a home away from home, so when parents are at work, they can feel confident their children are in a safe, nurturing environment.
I moved from upstate New York to California to work in television production, with dreams of working in children’s theater or TV. However, I found myself working more in sports and entertainment programming. When the opportunity to open an in-home daycare arose, I embraced it and never looked back. Friends sometimes ask if I miss working on a set. My answer is always no—if I were on a set, I’d be wondering what my little buddies are up to…and then I smile!

Our Home Is Your Home!
I have designed my home to give the kids maximum freedom to explore and still be supervised. They love it There are books, games, balls and ride-on cars. Lots and lots of toys. It's more their house then mine.
My backyard is huge. Lots of toys to play with. A swing set with a tube slide. Two play houses and a 10x10 sandbox. We spend a lot of time out back enjoying the beautiful California weather.
